I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason

Client must provide multiple clear references of the character(s) they are wanting commissioned

Posing ideas/references are highly recommended to guarantee the client is satisfied with the finished piece.

Character interests, likes, and personality-traits may be needed to ensure the character is accurately depicted

Listed prices are the base price (including for backgrounds); they may increase depending on the complexity and amount of details of the commission

Commissions may take 1-5 weeks to complete, and I will not accept any commissions that have a deadline

Payment through PayPal only at the moment

Must pay either in full upfront, or 50% upfront and then the other 50% once the sketch is approved

Cannot be paid via cash or check

All progress updates will be sent heavily watermarked until it is completed

After initial discussion, client must provide clear reference images

Work will begin and once the sketch is approved and payment is received, I will continue work on the rest of the commission

I will send progress updates after each stage (sketch, line art, color, shaded, etc.)

Once completed, the finished piece will be sent without heavy watermarking (can be sent via email if preferred to ensure a high quality version of the commission)

Revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase, with a limit of four free revisions before a base charge of $5 is added for each revision after. Price may vary depending on complexity of the change.

Once the sketch is approved, no further changes can be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

If payment has not been made yet, then the client has the right to cancel the commission

I have the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time

If I have to cancel due to an outside factor that doesn't include the client in any way, I will a provide partial or full refund

The client MAY NOT use the finished artwork in any generative AI, image AI, or machine learning datasets, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Midjourney, DALL-E, or any similar systems

I am allowed to use the commission to promote myself and post wherever I would like

Commissions are for personal use only, including profile pictures, wallpapers, and personal prints, and cannot be used for commercial use (to make money off of)

The client is allowed to share the artwork on social media, but ONLY if proper credit is given to me

I do not require the client to act professional; I myself like to keep it more casual and fun to ease any nerves

Detailed backgrounds have a base price of $35 due to the fact that I will add lighting to the character(s) so that they blend more with the environment

An additional character will cost 50% of the original price of the chosen commission type
